Events stream back through Receptor to the dispatcher's ansible-runner process, which pushes them into Redis as a buffer. The Callback Receiver pulls events from Redis, processes them, and writes them to PostgreSQL as JobEvent rows. The same events broadcast over websockets so the UI updates live.
