Oracle simplifies Kubernetes deployment and operations in its cloud

Oracle introduces Cloud Native Computing Foundation compliant Oracle Container Engine for Kubernetes that simplifies deployment and improves reliability and efficiency for building and running cloud-native applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, with consistent global pricing and support across a wide range of runtime environments.

By introducing features like virtual node support and operational software management, the update aims to reduce operational complexity and enhance lifecycle management for enterprise customers.

The update also includes pod-level elasticity and access to optional software for organizations that want to install and configure auxiliary operational software related to their application’s complete lifecycle management.
