Kali Linux has released its anniversary edition ready for immediate download. The new edition includes a new theme, new offensive and defensive security tools, and a defensive security Kali Purple branch. The anniversary edition is a proof of concept which will mature and expand over time. The latest edition provides improved support for UI scaling and scaling for XFCE, updates to KDE Plasma, and prompt changes to the kernel settings in relation to the Nvidia user release.
