Provide the course name, purchase date, and reason for your refund request. Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

If your refund request is approved, the amount paid for the course minus the transaction fee will be refunded to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
