Container Lifecycle

A container, throughout its lifecycle, can go through several states, some of which include:

• Created: The container has been created but not started.
• Running: The container is currently running.
• Paused: The container's processes are paused.
• Restarting: The container is restarting.
• Exited: The container has stopped.
• Dead: The container could not be stopped or removed properly.

These states are managed using the following Docker commands:

• docker create
• docker start
• docker run
• docker pause
• docker unpause
