Azure Open AI helps consolidate reviews with a prototype that classifies text into three categories:

  • cost,
  • quality
  • delivery.
The sentiment classification model is available as a pre-trained model, but the use case will determine whether fine-tuning is required. Azure Open AI can also be useful in product search by providing embeddings of product descriptions, making customer shopping easier.
